Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee HD remake coming to Xbox 360?

The HD remake of Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee has been in development at Just Add Water since last year. Now Oddworld Inhabitants' Facebook page has offered an update: it's not just a remake. ... Well, okay, it's still technically a remake, but with enough effort behind it to also qualify as a "reboot." Are you still with us?
Series creator Lorne Lanning told Electronic Gaming Monthly, "We have Stranger all ready to go on XBLA, but the answer keeps being no. We're still talking to them, and we're hoping to work it out."
Rather than updating the original Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee 2D artwork, Just Add Water will be using the original PSOne game "as a blueprint" for an HD remake built from scratch. Hopefully we'll get our first taste of the game later this year, ahead of its planned launch in the summer of 2013.
